RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 15 June 2012 and the subsequent renewal of
cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 6 September 2012, shareholders are hereby
advised that the Company has been in negotiations with a wholly owned subsidiary of the JD Group
Limited (“SteinBuild”) concerning the acquisition by SteinBuild of 100% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company (“the Transaction’).
The Transaction is, however, subject to, inter alia, the conclusion of formal agreements, regulatory
approvals including the approvals of the shareholders of the Company in general meeting. A detailed
announcement regarding the Transaction will be made in due course. If the Transaction is successfully
concluded it may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities, until a further announcement is made.
