DIRECTOR DEALING
Lonrho announces that it was informed by Geoffrey White, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, that
he has exercised 3,565,000 options following the payment of £231,725.00 to the Company.
His exercise was 3,565,000 options at 6.5 pence per ordinary share on 26th September 2012 pursuant to
the Lonrho Plc Unapproved Company Share Option Plan (the “Share Option Plan”). Mr White will retain all
the ordinary shares allotted.
Mr White’s total interest in shares following this transaction is 3,781,666 shares, representing 0.24% of the
Company’s issued share capital.
The total number of shares in issue following the exercise of these options is 1,590,421,596 ordinary
shares with a nominal value of 1p each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares
in the Treasury.
The above figure of 1,590,421,596 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority’s
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
