Roger Rees holds a B.Sc (Economics) Hons degree and is a Chartered Accountant (FCA). Roger was group financial
director of Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited between 2000 and 2011 and has acted as a non-executive director and
member of the audit committee for a number of listed companies including Rex Trueform Clothing Company Limited
(JSE), Ikwezi Mining Limited (ASX) and Clough Limited (ASX).
