Shareholders are advised that Seardel`s integrated annual report, incorporating the
audited results for the year ended 31 March 2012, has been posted to shareholders and
contains no changes from the reviewed results which were published on SENS on 17 May
2012. KPMG Inc. audited the results and the annual financial statements
of Seardel and their unqualified reports are available for inspection
at the registered offices of the Company
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for Seardel
shareholders, which will be held at the offices of Hosken Consolidated Investments
Limited, B Block, Longkloof Studios, Darters Road, Gardens, Cape Town, 8001 on Monday,
29 October 2012 at 10:00.
