DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, African Monarch 710 Investment
Holdings (Proprietary) Limited (“African Monarch”) purchased the following on the open market:
- 23 333 Brimstone ordinary shares at a price of R9.75 per ordinary share, with a total value of
R227 496.75 on 26 September 2012; and
- 46 Brimstone ordinary shares at a price of R9.75 per ordinary share, with a total value of R448.50
on 27 September 2012.
Non-executive chairman Prof GJ Gerwel and executive directors F Robertson, MA Brey and LZ Brozin
each have an indirect beneficial holding of 25% in the share capital of African Monarch.
Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
