Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have
been distributed to shareholders on 28 September 2012 and contain
no modifications to the audited results which were published on
SENS on 27 September 2012.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
shareholders will be held at the Johannesburg Country Club, corner
of Lincoln Road and Woodlands Drive, Woodmead, Sandton on Friday,
7 December 2012 at 09h00 to transact the business as stated in the
annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial
statements.
Salient dates
The notice of the Company’s annual general meeting has been sent
to its shareholders who were recorded as such in the Company’s
securities register on Friday, 21 September 2012 being the notice
record date used to determine which shareholders are entitled to
receive notice of the annual general meeting.
The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be
registered as such in the Company’s securities register in order
to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 30
November 2012 being the voting record date used to determine which
shareholders are entitled to attend and vote at the annual general
meeting. The last day to trade in order to be entitled to vote at
the annual general meeting will therefore be Friday, 23 November
2012. Proxy forms must be lodged by no later than 09h00 on
Wednesday, 5 December 2012.
