UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS
On 26 September 2012 JCI Limited published a SENS announcement
informing its shareholders that an application for its provisional
liquidation had been brought by Black Bear Resources Limited in
the North Gauteng High Court, which it intends opposing.
R&E will monitor the progression of the application and inform
shareholders of relevant developments.
