DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RMH SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for RMB HOLDINGS LTD and that as a result
of the dividend declaration relating to RMB HOLDINGS LTD (RMH) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 73.5 cents per RMHNIH share instalment that
is payable on Monday, 15 October 2012. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. STC
credits utilized equate to 21.85969 cents per share instalment. This results in a net dividend of
65.75395 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 05 October 2012. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 08 October 2012. The record date will be Friday, 12 October
2012.
