RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
As required in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the
Company wishes to advise shareholders that, with effect from 1 October 2012, Mr J A
Beukes has resigned as company secretary and an external firm, iThemba Governance
and Statutory Solutions (Pty) Ltd (“iThemba”) has been appointed to act in this
capacity. iThemba is managed by Ms Annamarie van der Merwe who has more than
20 years’ experience as company secretary in the listed environment and the board is
satisfied that the iThemba team has the necessary skills and experience to fulfil this
function.
