CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE APN SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction distribution amount payable for ASPEN PHARMACARE
HLDGS and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration relating to ASPEN PHARMACARE
HLDGS (APN) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a capital reduction
distribution amount of 157 cents per APNNIF share instalment that is payable on Monday, 15
October 2012 The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 05 October 2012. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 08 October 2012. The record date will be
Friday, 12 October 2012.
