Shareholders are advised that the Wescoal annual report for the financial year ended 31 march 2012
were distributed to shareholders today, and contain no modifications to the reviewed results for the year
ended 31 march 2012 that were announced on SENS on the 20 June 2012.
Notice is hereby given that the company's annual general meeting will be held at 9 am on Tuesday 30
October 2012 at the company's offices at the 228 Voortrekker Street, Krugersdorp.
