SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008
(“Act”) and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011,
shareholders are advised that Nictus has received the following
notification:
- the acquisition by Nictus Holdings Limited (“Nictus Namibia”), on 1
October 2012, of shares, such that Nictus Namibia’s total beneficial
interest in the company on the day increased to 19% of the issued
capital of the company.
