RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE BOARD
Implats, in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements, announces that Mr JM McMahon
will retire from office at the Annual General Meeting to be
held on 24 October 2012. Despite having the full support of
the Board of Directors of Implats to do so, Mr McMahon does
not offer himself for re-election.
