CHROMETCO (?the acquisition)
IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES
Chrometco shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the
announcement released on SENS on 24 August 2012 relating to
the abovementioned transaction.
Shareholders are hereby advised that a circular containing
details of the acquisition will be posted to Shareholders
Tomorrow, Tuesday, 2 October 2012. The circular will also be
available on the company?s website, www.chrometco.co.za.
IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES
The important dates and times relating to the ("Timetable")
are set out below. Words and expressions in the Timetable and
notes thereto shall have the same meanings as assigned to them
in the Circular.
