RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The board is pleased to advise shareholders that at the Annual
General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, 28 September

Woodmead, 2128, all the resolutions presented in the Notice of
Annual General Meeting were passed by the requisite majority
of shareholders.
