DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
section 122(1) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, as amended,
shareholders are advised that The International Hospitals Network
Partnership (“IHN”), an associate of Trilantic Capital Partners,
informed the company on 1 October 2012 that it disposed of
Mediclinic ordinary shares reducing its interest from 6.01% to
4.81% in the issued shares of Mediclinic.
