RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that non-executive director, Mr David Nurek, having served on
the Sun International board for 10 years, and who retires at the forthcoming annual
general meeting by way of rotation in accordance with the Company’s memorandum of
incorporation, has indicated that he will not be available for re-election and accordingly
will retire at the November 2012 annual general meeting. Mr Nurek will also be retiring
from the audit committee and the risk committee as at the said date.
The Chairman and Board of Directors extends its appreciation to Mr Nurek for his
valuable counsel and contribution to the Sun International Group over the past 10 years.
