RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the renewal of cautionary announcement dated 22 August 2012, shareholders are advised
that as negotiations on the disposal of The Don’s remaining five hotel properties are still in progress,
which if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities,
shareholders should continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a
further announcement is made.
