INTEREST RATE RESETS: DRD03; DRD04 and DRD05
Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 3 October 2012 is 5.075% p.a (“JIBAR”).
Accordingly, the next interest payment, due on 3 January 2013 (*Following), for the period 3
October 2012 to 2 January 2013, will be calculated based on a rate of:
- 9.575% p.a. (450bps over JIBAR) in respect of DRD03;
- 10.075% p.a. (500bps over JIBAR) in respect of DRD04; and
- 9.075% p.a. (400bps over JIBAR) in respect of DRD05.
* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date
shall be postponed to the next business day.
