DIRECTOR’S DEALINGS
In terms of paragraphs 3.63 and 3.64 of the Listings Requirements, it is hereby announced that Alan
Coward, the chief executive officer and director of the Company, has agreed to the cancellation of his
right to acquire 800,000 shares in the Company in terms of an option granted to him on 18 June 2006
by the Trustees of the Company’s share trust, in consideration for which cancellation he shall receive
payment of the difference between the strike price and the present market value of the
aforementioned shares. The aggregate consideration payable to Alan Coward in terms of the above
transaction is R715,200.00.
