RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Unitholders are referred to the announcement dated 7 September 2012
relating to the appointment of Chief Executive Officer of
Fountainhead. In this announcement it was mentioned that Mr Anton
Raubenheimer intends resigning from the board of directors of
Fountainhead (“the Board”) by the end of September 2012, subject to
approval by the Financial Services Board (“FSB”).
Unitholders are accordingly advised that the FSB has approved the
resignation of Mr Raubenheimer, effective 30 September 2012.
The Board wishes to thank him for his valuable contribution during his
tenure with Fountainhead
