Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form that Foord Asset Management
Proprietary Limited, collectively with its clients, has acquired an interest in securities of the Company
such that the total interest in the securities of the Company held by Foord Asset Management
Proprietary Limited collectively with its clients amounts to 5.4% of the total issued securities of that
class in the share capital of the Company.
