Further to the cautionary announcements dated Monday, 02 July 2012,
Tuesday, 14 August 2012 and Thursday, 23 August 2012, shareholders are
advised that Basil Read is continuing with negotiations which may have a
material effect on the price of the Company’s securities. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
