REDEFINE INTERNATIONAL COMPLETES RESTRUCTURE OF THE VBG PORTFOLIO
Redefine International, the diversified income focused property company, is pleased to announce that it has
completed the restructuring of all four VBG assets and the associated financing facilities (the
“Restructuring”).
