CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Mr Leslie Tessendorf will be retiring at the end of 2012 and in compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE
Listing Requirements, shareholders of the Company are notified that he has tendered his resignation as
an Alternate Director of Insimbi, effective from 8 October 2012.
The Board of Insimbi wishes to thank him for his contribution and long service to the Company.
