POSTING OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND A NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the Group’s Annual Financial
Statements for the year ended 30 June 2012, as contained in the
Integrated Report, were posted to shareholders on 28 September
2012. There were no changes to the audited group condensed results
released on SENS on 12 September 2011.
The annual financial statements have been audited by the Company`s
auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., and their unqualified audit
report is available for inspection at the registered offices of
MMI.
The full Annual Financial Statements, contained in the Integrated
Report, are also available on the Company’s website at
www.mmiholdings.com. MMI will be posting its notice of annual
general meeting in due course.
