NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that City Lodge, today, 9 October
2012, dispatched its integrated report for the year ended
30 June 2012 to shareholders, incorporating the audited
annual financial statements and notice of annual general
meeting. The annual financial statements CONTAIN NO
MODIFICATIONS to the reviewed statements published on SENS
on 15 August 2012.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
City Lodge shareholders will be held at The Lodge,
Bryanston Gate Office Park, Corner Homestead Avenue and
Main Road, Bryanston on Thursday, 15 November 2012 at 14h00
to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting which forms part of the annual
financial statements.
