Shareholders are hereby advised that, at the annual general
meeting of shareholders of the company held today, 10 October
2012 at the registered office of the company, all the proposed
ordinary and special resolutions, as contained in the amended
notice of annual general meeting which was posted to
shareholders on 31 August 2012, were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders present and voting, in person or by
proxy.
