DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for OLD MUTUAL PLC and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 1.75 pence (GBP) per OMLNNA share instalment that is
payable on Friday, 30 November 2012. The exchange rate and ratio will be announced on Friday, 12
October 2012.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 19 October 2012. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 22 October 2012. The record date will be Friday, 26 October
2012.
