DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Shareholders are advised that Mrs Ndumi Medupe has resigned from
the Board of Directors of Metrofile Holdings (“the Board”) with
effect from 12 October 2012.
We thank her for her considerable contribution, since February
2008, as an Independent Director of the Board and as a member of
the Audit, Governance and Risk Committee and wish her well in
the future.
