REDEFINE INTERNATIONAL COMPLETES RESTRUCTURE OF DELTA FINANCING FACILITY
Redefine International, the diversified income focused property company, is pleased to announce that it has
completed the extension and restructuring of the £114.6 million Delta facility (the “Restructuring”).
The Restructuring was completed on the terms as set out in the announcement of 8 August 2012.
