RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors hereby advises that Mr Paul Nkuna has resigned as a Non-
Executive Director from the Board of Decillion with effect from 1 May 2004.
The Board would like to thank Paul for the tremendous contribution he has made
to Decillion during the past three years. As chairman of the Decillion
Transformation Committee, Paul has played a significant role in the initiation
and implementation of transformation initiatives in the group. His replacement
will be announced in due course.
