RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors hereby advises that Mr Stewart Millman has resigned as a
Non-Executive Director from the Board of Decillion with effect from 30 June
2004. As a resident of the United Kingdom, serving on the Board from such a
distance has proven to be logistically impractical for Stewart.
The Board thanks Stewart for the enormous contribution he has made to Decillion
whilst serving as a Non-Executive Director to the Board, as well as chairman of
the Audit Committee.
Stewart will continue to serve on the Decillion Risk and Investment Management
Committee and support the risk management process for the group with his
extensive experience and skill in corporate and public debt markets. He is also
available as a consultant on any other matters.
Mr Jeff Molobela, a Non-Executive Director of the group, has accepted the
invitation to serve as chairman of the Audit Committee.
