NOTICE OF DEBENTURE INTEREST PAYMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Board has declared an interest payment in
respect of the period 1 February 2004 to 31 July 2004 (Ref. 04/04) of 8,7022
cents per debenture, which will be payable to debenture holders recorded as such
in the books of the company on the record date.
The last day to trade in the debentures for purposes of entitlement to the
interest payment will be Friday, 23 July 2004. The debentures will commence
trading ex the interest payment on Monday, 26 July 2004 and the record date will
be Friday, 30 July 2004. The interest will be paid on Monday, 2 August 2004.
Debenture certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Monday, 26 July 2004 and Friday, 30 July 2004, both days inclusive.
