RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 18 November 2004 regarding the
proposed disposal of Decillion Capital (Pty) Ltd to the AGE Consortium
comprising African General Equity (Proprietary) Limited (`AGE`), Professor
Wiseman Nkuhlu (`Prof Nkuhlu`) and other investors, a Memorandum of
Understanding concluded between the Parties giving effect to the above
transaction is subject to the fulfilment of, inter alia, relevant regulatory
requirements, the entry into certain agreements between the company and
Decillion Capital and the approval by the shareholders of the company.
This process is underway and shareholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the company`s securities on the JSE Securities Exchange
South Africa, until a further announcement regarding the finalised terms of the
transaction is made by no later than 28 February 2005.
