WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                           
Shareholders are referred to the announcements regarding the proposed disposal  
of Decillion Capital (Proprietary) Limited to the AGE Consortium (`the          
transaction`).  The parties have agreed to discontinue negotiations in respect  
of the transaction and shareholders are advised that the cautionary announcement
is accordingly withdrawn.
