Disposal by Decillion of its businesses and further cautionary announcement
Shareholders are referred to the announcements, dated 14 December 2005, 20
January 2006 and 6 March 2006, regarding the realisation of the company"s
interests in the Agricultural and Commodities Business ("Agri disposal") as well
as previous business updates and cautionary announcements.
Shareholders are advised that the company is in the process of finalising the
disposal of its funds management business and its international broking business
("the Other Disposals") and should therefore continue to exercise caution in
dealing in their Decillion shares on the JSE Limited until a further
announcement, which is expected within the next 3 weeks, is made in this regard.
A combined circular to Decillion shareholders, containing details of the Agri
disposal and the Other Disposals and notice of a general meeting to be convened
for purposes of obtaining the required shareholder approval for the Agri
disposal and the Other Disposals, will be mailed to shareholders in due course.
