In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements and
pursuant to the NUMSA Investments (Proprietary) Limited transaction as announced
on SENS on 19 June 2007, shareholders are advised that J F Marais and M Mostert
have resigned as non-executive Chairman and executive director, respectively,
and T Kgobe, C Becks, P Shiburi and J Tarpey have been appointed as non-
executive directors to the board of Decillion with immediate effect.
