Special distribution - clarification announcement
Shareholders are referred to the circular posted to shareholders dated
16 October 2007, wherein it was advised that Decillion had resolved to
distribute an amount of 16.07 cents per Decillion ordinary share (the "special
distribution"), which special distribution was pre-consolidation of the ordinary
share capital of Decillion. This announcement serves to confirm that the special
distribution post consolidation of Decillion`s share capital will be R16.07 per
share.
