CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Decillion has entered into negotiations with a
property development company who are owners of a diversified property portfolio,
for a possible reverse listing of the development company and the properties
into Decillion, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on
the price of the Company`s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to
exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s securities until a further
announcement is made.
Upon the successful completion of this proposed transaction, Decillion will hold
a diversified property development portfolio of approximately two billion Rands.
