COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Directors of Decillion have become aware of information being issued by
certain parties that relates to a proposed reverse listing, details of which are
both premature and inaccurate.
The Company has notified the parties involved that they must retract all
information which has been circulated. The Company and Directors distance
themselves from this information.
Accordingly, shareholders and members of the public are advised not to react to
any information that has not been issued by the Company, unless such information
is in the form of JSE approved documentation or unless presented by a Director
of the Company.
