RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on
Tuesday, 25 May 2010, Thursday, 8 July 2010, Friday, 20 August 2010, Monday, 04
October 2010, Monday, 15 November 2010, Tuesday, 28 December 2010, Tuesday, 08
February 2011, Tuesday, 22 March 2011 and Friday, 06 May 2011 respectively,
where they were advised that Decillion has entered into negotiations with a
construction and property development company who are acquiring and
consolidating a diversified property portfolio, for a possible reverse listing
of a large construction company, development company and the properties being
acquired into Decillion, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material
effect on the price of the Company`s securities.
Shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in progress and therefore
they are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company`s
securities until a further announcement is made.
