CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mrs Cherie Lee Eilertson has resigned from the
board as non-executive director with immediate effect.
The board would like to thank Mrs Eilertson for her valuable contribution to the
Company over her tenure.
In addition, shareholders are advised that the board is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Mark Smith as an independent non-executive director with
effect from 4 October 2011.
Mr Mark Smith commenced his property career at Sanlam Properties, where after he
moved to Fedsure Properties where he gained practical knowledge of property
management. He was instrumental in starting BOE Properties in the then
Transvaal. He was instrumental in the management of Boardprop Limited a JSE
listed property company, and was also involved in listing Avent Properties
Limited.
Subsequently, he started Abreal Properties for the ABCON Group. Mark also
assisted with the listing of New Kleinfontein Properties Limited. He has been
CEO of Oakwood Property Management (Pty) Limited and Oakwood Facilities
Management (Pty) Limited for a number of years.
More recently he was instrumental in listing Calulo Properties Limited on the
JSE, the first fully fledged BEE company to be listed with representation in the
Asset Management Company as well as the Property Management Company.
