RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the detailed cautionary announcement released on
SENS on 16 September 2011, which advised shareholders that the Company had
entered into negotiations to acquire and consolidate a diversified property
portfolio for a possible reverse listing.
The Company is still in the process of finalizing the acquisition terms and pro
forma financial effects for the above-mentioned transaction.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
