CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that the board of directors announces the
resignation of Mr J van den Berg with immediate effect as a non-executive
director of Decillion.
The board would like to thank Mr J van den Berg for the contribution he made
to the company.
Mrs Erika Rossouw has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
of the board with immediate effect and will also serve as an audit committee
member and chairperson of the investment committee.
Erika is a CA (SA) who qualified with Arthur Andersen where after she moved
to PricewaterhouseCoopers in Papa New Guinea as a Corporate Finance Manager.
In 2003 she joined ABSA Bank`s Corporate Asset Finance team from where she
joined Marsh Vikela as deputy CEO. In 2008 she joined Acc-Ross Holdings as
Financial Director where she was later responsible for all accounting matters
related to a reverse take-over by Pinnacle Point Group. She resigned after
the take-over and took up contractual appointments amongst other as Financial
Director of TeleMasters Holdings.
