POSTPONEMENT OF SALIENT DATES
The Company advises that the salient dates for, inter alia, the
name change of the company, the capital restructure and the
reverse listing of Ardor SA Limited are postponed due to the
special resolutions still pending registration by CIPC.
Furthermore the listing will be subject to the transfer of the
minimum portfolio. New salient dates will be announced in due
course.
As previously announced investors and/or shareholders are
permitted to continue to subscribe for shares up to 28 September
2012 or the date of the listing of the securities for purposes of
the reverse listing, whichever is the later.
The Company will keep shareholders informed of progress made, the
final results of the subscription and new salient dates.
