CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, Assore is pleased to announce that
Mr Sydney Mhlarhi has been appointed as an independent
non-executive director on the Assore Board with effect from
15 October 2012. He will also serve on the Group’s Audit and
Risk Committee.
Mr Mhlarhi, who is a Chartered Accountant, is co-founder and
an executive director of investment group, Tamela Holdings
Proprietary Limited and a non-executive director of Pretoria
Portland Cement Limited.
Previously, he was a director and co-head of the Acquisition
Finance Group at Standard Bank and a member of The Takeover
Regulation Panel (formerly The Securities Regulation Panel).
