RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
The board of Kumba announces the resignation of Godfrey Gomwe, and
the appointment of Khanyisile Kweyama as a non-executive director of
the Company, effective 15 October 2012. The board expresses its
gratitude to Mr Gomwe for his excellent contribution to the board and
the Company and wishes him well in his new role within the broader
Anglo American group.
Ms Kweyama is the executive director of Anglo American South Africa
and has previously served on the executive committee of Anglo
American Platinum Limited and has held executive roles at Barloworld‚
Altech and BMW South Africa.
