TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that a reasonable degree of certainty
exists that Astral Foods' earnings per share for the year ending
30 September 2012 will reflect a decrease in the range of 20% to
25%, and headline earnings per share a decrease of 30% to 35% as
against the prior year. The financial information in this
trading statement has not been reviewed and reported on by
Astral Foods' auditors.
It is expected that the results for the year to 30 September
2012 will be published on 12 November 2012.
