WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 15 October 2012,
which stated that discussions are still in progress which may impact the continued
viability of the Company’s business. Shareholders are informed that such
negotiations were not successfully concluded and that Sea Kay Holdings Limited and
Sea Kay Engineering Services (Pty) Ltd were placed under provisional liquidation in
the South Gauteng High Court under case numbers 11195/2012 and 11194/2012
respectively. The Cautionary announcement is therefore hereby withdrawn.
